Yeah! Its a yummy yummy simple Rich Chocolate Cake.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups maida
2 1/4 cup pwd sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking pwd
1/2 baking soda
1 1/3 cup curd
3 heaped tbsp cocoa
Method
1. Sieve together maida, baking pwd and soda.
2. Break eggs in a bowl and beat well till light and fluffy.
3..Add sugar little at a time.
4. Mix together curd and cocoa pwd. and add to the eggs.
5. Add flour little at a time beating well.
6. Pour the mixture in a greased 9'' tin and bake at 180 C for about 45 mins.
7. Serve hot with chocolate sauce.
